On January 29, 2020, Senior Health Insurance Company of Pennsylvania (SHIP) was placed in rehabilitation by the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Click here for a set of FAQs addressing the SHIP rehabilitation.

Liquidation Orders Entered for Penn Treaty & American Network Insurance Companies
On March 1, 2017, Penn Treaty Network America Insurance Company (Penn Treaty) and its wholly owned subsidiary, American Network Insurance Company (ANIC), were placed in liquidation by orders of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
